Off The Cart was born in 2023 from a simple mission: to turn a passion for fun and innovation into a family business that brings genuine joy to our community. What started as a spark of inspiration for a unique, self-service ice cream cart quickly turned into a neighborhood favorite.

After three months of dedicated planning and building, we launched our first cart and were overwhelmed by the response—booking 9 events in our very first month! That incredible start confirmed what we already felt: people were looking for something more than just a dessert; they wanted an experience.

Today, this adventure is a true family partnership run by Erick and Isabel. Together, we’ve grown from a single ice cream cart into a versatile event service. As a local San Clemente family, we’ve poured our hearts into expanding our offerings—from our signature premium ice cream to our trendy, custom Dirty Soda.
